SBI 10 started the Teaching assessment class in library of Satya Wacana Christian University the 4^th floor. We were discussing about assessing question using excel.

I will tell you about my experience in that class.

I never know that it was easier than what I had thought before. We only submitting data and entered simple equations and the result were shown up.

That’s really help teacher to assess their student and their ability to make questions.

Ill attach you my Google doc. Trial in assessing question that have been made by my group before and that have been tested to the student at SDN Kaliwungu 3, Ampel.

I sat in a group with Aya, Dewi and Reni. We discussed about the question that we had made added with the based competence that we use (Mr. Steve asked us).

Let me tell you what happened in Thursday (23/2). We were looking for a school but we weren’t accepted there. The curriculum person of that school told us that we need a license and he gave us time on Monday.  But we know that we couldn’t receive that license on time.

Since that, I realize that we need to make a sin. Nepotism… (*owh God… sorry for that)

Before that… I m sorry… I couldn’t join the class because my laptop was sick… but now it’s okay.

So because I didn’t join your discussion, I only read the module and get this:

Portfolio is a collection of student work that shows their learning growth and achievement. Portfolio is a proof that will help student to assess their selves. Portfolio needs a good strategy especially in determining the standard and assessment criteria.

What is the difference between traditional grading and standard-based grading?

·        Traditional grading is grading based on behavior, class work, practice, attendance, neatness, etc.

·         Standard-based grading is grading based on test especially summative assessment.
